Changed the configuration on how topic posts display, they now display the newest post 1st at the top of the page.

MoH Section has been removed, all related topics have been put into 'Other Games'

Added 'Affiliate Member' group.
Changed group settings to further restrict 'Guest' access.

Fixed an issue with certain member groups not being able to reply to a thread.
