What it did say and what i didnt know about bc2 was that you can spam the spot function, the reason that somtimes it doesnt work is that if you aim and miss with spot it delays to i chance every 2 seconds so you can just spam an area.

delay chance every 2 seconds - typo meant to say if you press spot on an enemy and miss and SPAM the spot function, BC2 prevents this by after so many unsuccesfull SPOTS limts the number of times you can SPOT to once in 2 seconds prevent SPAMMING
